In a major step towards inclusive mobility, the Andhra Pradesh government has launched a free bus travel scheme for persons with disabilities, making public transport more accessible and affordable across the state.

Free Travel in APSRTC Buses

Under the newly introduced initiative, eligible persons with disabilities can now travel free of cost in state-run APSRTC buses. The scheme covers multiple categories of services, including:

• City Ordinary
• Metro Express
• Palle Velugu
• Ultra Palle Velugu
• Express buses
